Delete your Job Forge account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. We may retain limited information only when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or resolving an active dispute.
REQUEST METHOD
Email the Job Forge support team
Send the request from an email you can access. Include the registered phone number and your Job Forge role. Never include your OTP.

- Request received. We acknowledge your request using the available contact channel.
- Identity verified. We confirm that the requester controls the account. We will never ask for your OTP.
- Account deleted. The account and associated data are deleted or anonymised within the period required by applicable law, except data we are legally required to retain.
Data that may be deleted
This may include profile information, saved preferences, job activity, applications, private media, messages and other data associated with your account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
