Job Forge is a construction-work platform for builders, contractors, workers, material dealers and other project participants. This policy explains the information Job Forge may process when you use its website, mobile application or related services.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as your name, phone number, profile image, role and language preferences.
- Work information such as skills, experience, wage preferences, job posts, applications, attendance, site updates and journal records.
- Location information when you choose to use nearby-job, worker, dealer or map features.
- Messages, images, voice notes and other content you intentionally share through the service.
- Technical information required for security, diagnostics, performance and preventing misuse.
How information is used
We use information to operate the service, connect relevant users, show nearby results, support communication, provide requested features, improve reliability, respond to support requests and protect users and the platform.
Service providers
Job Forge may use trusted infrastructure and technology providers for authentication, databases, file storage, maps, notifications, analytics and AI-assisted features. They process information under their own terms and applicable safeguards.
Sharing
Profile and work information may be shown to other Job Forge users when needed for a feature—for example, when a worker applies to a builder’s job. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or as part of a business restructuring with appropriate notice and safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. You can request account and associated-data deletion through our account deletion page.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should protect their devices and never share OTPs or authentication codes.
Your choices
You may update certain profile details, manage permissions through your device, stop using optional features, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Children
Job Forge is not designed for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to enter work arrangements and use the service.
