Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Job Forge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Private-beta features may change as the product is tested and improved.

What Job Forge provides

Job Forge provides digital tools that may help users discover work opportunities, post requirements, communicate, organise site activity, maintain records and find material dealers. Job Forge is a technology platform and is not the employer, contractor, labour supplier or material seller in transactions between users unless expressly stated.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use the platform only for lawful construction-related purposes.
• Verify people, qualifications, work conditions, pricing and site safety before making decisions.
• Protect your account and never share OTPs or access codes.
• Do not harass users, misrepresent identity, post unlawful content, manipulate reviews or misuse platform data.

Jobs, payments and disputes

Users remain responsible for agreeing on work scope, wages, materials, payment schedules, taxes, safety measures and legal compliance. Unless a specific Job Forge payment service states otherwise, payments and disputes between users are their responsibility.

Availability and beta changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. During the private beta, features may be added, changed, limited or removed. Important user data should not be treated as the only required legal or accounting record.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Job Forge the limited permission required to store, process and display that content to operate requested features. You must have the right to upload any image, message or record you share.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or removed for fraud, abuse, safety risks, legal violations, non-payment for paid services, or serious breaches of these terms. You may stop using Job Forge and request account deletion.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Job Forge is not responsible for independent user conduct, on-site accidents, employment decisions, workmanship, material quality, third-party services or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
